Julian Jamius LaJeunesse, 20, died Aug. 1, 2017, following an auto accident. He was born Jan. 2, 1997, in Lander, the son of Julius LaJeunesse and Melanie Friday.
Helived most of his life on the Wind River Indian Reservation except for attending boarding school and living in Laramie and Tacoma, Washington.
He attended school at Ft. Washakie Elementary, St. Stephens, Riverton, and Circle of Nations in South Dakota.
He was a roofer, flagger, wood cutter, ranch hand and would help anyone. He enjoyed playing the guitar and playing his PS4 video games, and the love of his life was a 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra which was the same age as him.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by See Wright and Catherine LaJeunesse, Lizzie and Adolph Panzatanga, Richard Friday, Glenn Addison, Daniel, David, Everette Sr., Ernest, Lance, Russell and Solomon Friday, Bernadette Addison, Aaron Panzatanga, Steven Warren, Arlyn Willow, Terry Coulston, Hector Aoah, Belva Friday and Rita.
An evening service and wake will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete. Traditional Indian funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, at Blue Sky Hall with Arlen Shoyo officiating. Interment will be in the Sacajawea Cemetery at Ft. Washakie.
