Dozens of Wyoming electric vehicle drivers and enthusiasts will be at The Breadboard in Riverton to highlight the clean-air benefits and cost-savings of electric cars Saturday. The event is part of the fifth annual National Drive Electric Week.
Electric vehicles by Tesla,Chevy and other automakers will be providing test rides. Electric Vehicle chargers and products will be on display.
The official opening of Wild West EV public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in Wyoming will take place. Fremont County will be a major resource for electric vehicle owners traveling in and through our great state.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Breadboard and Wild West EV are local sponsors. Plug In America, the Sierra Club and the Electric Auto Association are national organizers. The Nissan LEAF is the exclusive national automotive sponsor.
