Wind River Family and Community Health Care is recruiting 10 young adults ages 18-24 who are currently unemployed and/or not attending school to become AmeriCorps members to serve our community. They will receive a living allowance and at the end of one year of service an educational award.
These 10 AmeriCorps members will be provided comprehensive medical business office classroom and hands on training.
This training will be geared to provide technical skills for the AmeriCorps member(s) to become gainfully employed in the medical business arena.
There will be a series of Informational Meetings to be held throughout the community for interested young adults aged 18-24 in regards to the Wind River Cares AmeriCorps program, how to apply, qualifications, etc.

Tuesday, Sept. 19, 1 p.m. at Rocky Mountain Hall, Fort Washakie.
Wednesday, Sept. 20, 11 a.m. Wind River Casino at Cottonwood Room, Riverton.
Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2 pm Fremont County Library, Riverton.
