Two schools added to bike rodeo season roster

Injury Prevention Resources has added two private schools to its annual bike and safety rodeo season.

The countywide rotation now includes St. Margaret's and Trinity Lutheran schools in Riverton.

In addition, Lander Gannet Peak Elementary will host four days of bike rodeos to accommodate the large number of students who attend the school. Jeffrey City students will attend the Lander event.

The season begins with a half-day event starting around noon Wednesday in St. Stephen's. Arapahoe will have a full-day bike and safety rodeo Friday.

The rest of the schedule is as follows:

- April 20 at Wind River Elementary, full-day event

- April 29 at Fort Washakie Elementary School, full-day event

- April 30 at Jackson Elementary School, full-day event

- May 1 at Shoshoni Elementary School, full-day event

- May 11 at Rendezvous Elementary School, full-day event

- May 14 at Wyoming Indian Elementary School, full-day event

- May 15 at Aspen Park Elementary, full-day event

- May 18 at Trinity Lutheran and St. Margret's schools, half-day event

- May 19 at Ashgrove School, full-day event

- May 21, May 22, May 26 and May 27 at Lander Gannet Peak Elementary, full-day events

- May 28 at Dubois, half-day event

The half-day events will start at noon or 12:30 p.m.
