Beatrice W. Hinkle, of Riverton, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013, at Help For Health Hospice Home. She was 86 years old.

Per her request, cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Vernon Boehlke officiating. Inurnment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.

Beatrice W. Hinkle was born June 19, 1927, in Midwest, the daughter of Orion Felix and Cecil (Benedict) Rector.

On Nov. 26, 1949, she married Bill James Hinkle in Riverton. They were married for 62 years.

Mrs. Hinkle, her parents, her two sisters, Vera and Billie, and brother, John A. Rector, lived at Worts Camp near Baroil before moving to Riverton. She attended grade school in Lamont and graduated from Rawlins High School.

She worked as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell, Pioneer Drug Store, J.C. Penney, and as a bookkeeper for Riverton Livestock Auction and Napa Motor Parts.

Her family said she loved to do anything involving her family and driving around the streets of Riverton and roads of Wyoming with her husband.

She is survived by a daughter, Sherry L. Jakovac, and her husband Vic of Riverton; son Richard J. Hinkle and his wife Sheri of Riverton; grandchildren Dr. James Hinkle, Bridget Franks, Megan Dolcater of Riverton, Brett Jakovac of Helena, Mont., and Paul Jakovac of Bozeman, Mont.; great-grandchildren Morgan Hinkle, Whitlee Dolcater, Madyson Dolcater, Memphis Dolcater, Hattie Dolcater, Brock Hinkle, Halle Hinkle and Brody Hinkle, all of Riverton, and Jordan Jakovac, Noah Jakovac and Rachel Jakovac of Helena, Mont.; and brother John Rector.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and her two sisters, Vera Heinrich and Billie Heinrich.

Memorial donations may be made to Help For Health Hospice Home in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 W. Main St., Riverton, WY 82501.
