The Bridger-Teton National Forest Avalanche Center is warning against travel in avalanche terrain until further notice this week.
The advisory covers the Teton, Gros Ventre, Snake River, Salt River, Wyoming Ranges and the Togwotee Pass area.
A snowmobiler was injured in a slide Friday near Ski Lake, a popular hiking, skiing and snowmobiling area reached from the Idaho side of Teton Pass.
He was buried but his companions were able to dig him out.
A skier also was buried up to the waist while skiing on Mount Glory on Thursday.
Earlier this winter, two outdoor recreationists were killed in mountain snow slides in the area, one in Wyoming and the other in Montana.
