Mar 4, 2014 - StaffBrett Miller, of Riverton, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at his home. He was 52 years old.
Funeral services were Friday, Feb. 28, in Charlotte, Mich.
Brett Alan Miller was born Feb. 28, 1961, in Charlotte, Mich., the son of Roger L. Miller and Wendy L. Mohler. He grew up and attended school in Charlotte, Mich.
On Dec. 3, 1983, he married Cynthia Magoon in Charlotte, Mich. Together they raised two daughters, Neisha and Sara.
He worked for Spartan Motors in Charolette, Mich., for more than 30 years building fire truck and motor home apparatus. In 2010 he and his wife moved to Riverton. He worked as a bus driver for Fremont County School District 25 for a year before working for Sanjel.
His family said he enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, working on cars and watching NASCAR.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; daughters Neisha (Simon) Gabrysiak and Sara (Robert) LaPoint of Michigan; grandchildren Amelia, Audrey, Caleb, Aidan and Zach; mother Wendy Mohler; brothers Brian Miller, Chuck (Irma) Cox and Eddy (Irene) Lundy of Michigan; sisters Ronda (Scoot) Parish, Barb Dukeman, Teresa Morales, Jackie Claybaugh of Michigan; Eloise Lundy of Florida; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger L. Miller.
