Mar 13, 2014 - StaffBarbara D. Enos died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, in Jamul, Calif., at the home of her daughter Kimberly Dawn Eskelson. She was 77 years old.
Barbara Dawn Enos was born Oct. 17, 1936, in San Diego. She moved to Wyoming as a child.
She married and eventually returned to San Diego with her six children. She lived there for many years raising her children near her mother, aunts and grandmother. She then returned to her beloved Wyoming, living near her oldest child in Fort Washakie.
In a letter left for her "kids," she asked her obituary to include: "To all my wonderful friends and family, I'm dead. I'll be busy flitting from one shoulder and then the next, whoever needs me at the time." Her family said she will be missed by family and friends stretching from San Diego to Georgia.
She is survived by her children, Allan Louis Enos of Fort Washakie, Kenton Bryce Brandon of San Diego, Kerry Blake Brandon of Victor, Colo., Kelly Blain Brandon of National City, Calif., Kyle Brad Brandon of San Diego and Kimberly Dawn Eskelson of Jamul, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother Harry Faris; sister Darla Toker; and many nieces, nephews and family members.
