SMITH

A daughter was born Jessica and Paul Smith, of Riverton, at 11:24 p.m. March 4, 2014, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.

TATE

A daughter was born to Rachel "Sierra" and Clinton Tate, of Riverton, at 5:07 a.m. March 13, 2014, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7.39 pounds.

Deaths

HAMMACK

Shelby Lynn Hammack, 21, of Lander, died unexpectedly from a seizure on Sunday, April 13, in Denver, four days after giving birth. A viewing will be noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at Davis Funeral Home in Riverton. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will take place following the service. Memorials may be made to her mother, Dana Osborne, 2310 E. Richards St., Douglas, WY 82633, to help defer costs.

JENKINS

Lynn Walton Jenkins, 94, of Lander, died Monday, March 31, with his family at his side.

LOPEZ

Ray A Lopez Sr., 90, died peacefully Saturday, April 12. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, in the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. at Hudson's Funeral Home.

Easter Sunday Pancake Service is 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Riverton United Methodist Church, 1116 W. Park Ave. Event is free and open to the public. MONDAY

Bike and Safety Rodeo, sponsored by Injury Prevention Resources, is April 21 to April 25 at Gannett Peak Elementary School, 863 Sweetwater St., Lander. The primary purpose of the Safety Rodeos is to teach children and their parents what they can do to reduce the risk of injury.

Lander City Clean Up Day-North Side of Town is 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Lander. The tree branches and limbs must be no longer than 4 feet in length and bundled together no larger than 1 foot in diameter. Leaves must be bagged. For more information, call Lander City Hall at 332-2870.

TUESDAY

Comedy Roadtrip with Derek Sheen is at 7:30 p.m. April 22 at Bar Ten, 114 S. Broadway Ave., Riverton. Admission is $5.
