Apr 23, 2014 - The Associated PressBILLINGS, Mont. -- Wild horse advocacy groups are appealing a federal judge's ruling that denied their challenge to the government's management of the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range.
The groups sued federal officials in 2009 in a bid to halt the roundup and adoption of horses from the 38,000-acre range along the Montana-Wyoming border.
