Fremont County residents promoted in National Guard

Two Fremont County residents have been promoted in the Wyoming Army National Guard.

Tyler Goulart, of Riverton, and Brett Roanhorse, of Fort Washakie, were promoted to private first class April 5.

Goulart will be a multiple launch rocket system operations/fire direction specialist with B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery, based in Lander. He has been a member of the Wyoming National Guard for one year.

Roanhorse will be a horizontal construction engineer with the 133rd Engineer Company, based in Laramie. Roanhorse has been a member of the Wyoming National Guard for 10 months.

Goulart and Roanhorse are seniors at Wind River High School.
