Free e-waste disposal available to residents

Fremont County residents will be able to dispose of electronic waste for free on Saturday.

The Fremont County Solid Waste Disposal District will be collecting items 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lander and Dubois landfills and the Riverton bale station.

District staff will be available during the collection event to assist with unloading and questions.

Electronic waste items include computers, monitors, TVs, keyboards, mice, cell phones, printers, stereo equipment, VCR/DVD players, calculators, laptops, fax machines, copiers, etc. Residents are limited to five items per person.
