Jun 2, 2014 - From staff reportsAfter entering the day with several athletes in promising positions, the University of Wyoming track and field team's struggled during Friday's events at the NCAA West Preliminary. No Cowboy or Cowgirl managed to punch their ticket to Eugene during the day.
"It's adversity and that is part of sports," UW head coach Bryan Berryhill said. "The kids are going to learn from this hopefully. We struggled here today, but we want the kids to get back here a year from now after learning from today and perform better then."
