Coal industry can't 'stick its head in sand'
Jun 10, 2014 - Dale Cotter, Riverton
The coal companies have known these new carbon pollution rules were coming for years. Wyoming had better not stick its head it the sand and hope the problem goes away.
There is still so much coal and so much energy depending on it, so Wyoming could still be in pretty good shape for awhile. But we boast about all the coal research being done, so that needs to become a national priority. Get this problem figured out so the nation can still rely on our coal and it won't pollute so much. I think it can be done. I bet they are closer to solving it than they are letting on.
