Pile burning planned in forest
The Washakie Ranger District of the Shoshone National Forest is planning to burn piles next week as weather conditions allow.
The piles to be burned are located past Sheep Bridge near the Popo Agie Wilderness boundary. If weather allows, these piles will be burned between Monday and June 30. Smoke from these burns may be visible in the area during these days.
