Lander students earn honors

Northern Michigan University has announced the dean's list for the winter 2014 semester.

Lander students George Cartwright and Savannah Troxel qualified, earning a GPA of 3.25-3.99.

Cartwright graduated cum laude in May with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

Fegler makes president's list

Macey Fegler was named to the president's list for the spring semester 2014 at the University of Colorado Springs.

Fegler took 23 credit hours during the spring semester and plans to graduate in May 2015 with a bachelor's degree in math and psychology.

She is the daughter of Daryne and Kristi Fegler and resides in Arapahoe.

Thompson graduates college

Alyssa Thompson of Lander graduated from Sheridan College during the school's 65th commencement ceremony May 10.

More than 450 degrees and certificates were earned by students at Sheridan College this year.

Thompson received a certificate in massage therapy with honors.
