Jul 1, 2014 - By Bruce Tippets, Sports Editor

In two low-scoring games, the Riverton Raiders swept Lovell 6-4 and 6-2 Tuesday night in an American Legion non-conference baseball doubleheader on the road in Big Horn County.

The Raiders are now 4-0 against Lovell this season.

Riverton only had nine players dress for the doubleheader but had enough pitching and defense to win both games.

"The kids came out ready to go," Riverton manager Brady Beers said. Riverton stands at 13-15 overall.
