O'NEAL

A son was born to Jessica Camilla and Rocky T. O'Neal, of Crowheart, at 7:30 p.m. March 22, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces.

OVERY

A son was born to Amy and Allen Overy, of Shoshoni, at 4:18 p.m. Feb. 21, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces.

Deaths

REDMAN

Fremont County native Charles C. "Chuck" Redman, son of Joanne Knobel, of Riverton, died of natural causes Tuesday, April 17, near Myton, Utah, where he was working as a consulting mud engineer for a natural gas rig. In accordance with his wishes, the body has been cremated. No services are planned. A full obituary will be published.

SNYDER

Kristopher A. Snyder, 27, died Thursday, April 26, at his home in Riverton. Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, at the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton. There will be a viewing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 30, at the Davis Funeral Home with a second viewing one hour before the services Tuesday. A gathering follows the burial Tuesday at the Fraternal Order of Eagle in downtown Riverton. Memorials may be made in his name to the Living the Dream Foundation. APRIL 27

Decorative Paving Tiles is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lander Art Center, 224 Main St., Lander, WY 82520. Students will use a clay slab to create decorative tiles that will be glazed and fired. Then using a 12" x 12" garden paver as a base, the tiles will be glued and grouted creating a unique element to place in the garden. Cost is $55 (includes supplies). Alumni Slot Tournament is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Shoshone Rose Casino, 5690 U.S. Highway 287, Lander. The CWC Alumni Association is inviting everyone to participate in its annual slot tournament at the Shoshone Rose Casino. The casino is donating $1,000 in prize money and all the food. There will be a $10 donation required at the door to the alumni association to participate in the fun and festivities.

Books and Breakfast is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. April 28 at St. Margaret's Gym, 220 N. Seventh St. East, Riverton.

Ranch Horse Versatility Clinic is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Central Wyoming College Equine Center.

Area One Special Olympics Games are at 9:30 a.m. April 28 at Riverton High School Gym, 851 College View Drive, Riverton. Basketball is at 10 a.m. Swimming and athletics are at 1:30 p.m.

For Your Health Expo is 10 a.m. to noon April 28 at the arts gallery at Central Wyoming College. Admission is free.

National Drug Take Back is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 28 at Smith's Food And Drug, 1200 W. Main St., Riverton. The Riverton Police Department will have a police officer in the parking lot who will be accepting any old and outdated prescription medications.

Booksigning for "Bandit Invincible" with Author Larry Pointer is from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fremont County Pioneer Museum, 1443 Main St., Lander.

Emergency calls

In Riverton Police Department reports Thursday to Friday morning:

- Ted Jarvis, 45, of Lander, was arrest for a county warrant.

- Charles Hereford, 26, of Riverton was arrested for a municipal warrant and interfering with a police officer.

- Rose Gasson Carlos, 42, of Aurora, Colo., was arrested for disturbing the peace in connection with a 7:31 p.m. call.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Thursday to Friday morning:

- Ashlee Bojaj, 27, of Lander, was arrested for probation revocation.

- Allison Trosper, 45, of Ethete, was arrested for probation violation.

- County ambulance crews were called out six times during this timeframe. Firefighters responded to three calls for service.
