A daughter was born to Nanette Perry and Anthony Apodaca, of Lander, at 12:32 a.m. May 10, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces.

ARAGON

A daughter was born to Kateri Dresser, of Fort Washakie, and Clarence Aragon Sr., of Ethete, at 9:28 a.m. May 10, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

BASITKHAN

A daughter was born to Dilnoza Khasilova and Fahriddin Basitov, of Riverton, at 4:39 a.m. May 8, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce.

BRUNER

A son was born to Ashley and Sam Bruner, of Lander, at 8:13 a.m. May 29, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

BYNON

A daughter was born to Danielle Bynn, of Riverton, at 2:19 a.m. May 20, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces.

CARLSON

A daughter was born to Trisha Eileen Hill and Alexander Gregory Carlson, of Lander, at 1:01 p.m. April 2, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

C'HAIR

A daughter was born to Aimee and DaleRay C'Hair Sr., of Arapahoe, at 8:14 p.m. May 24, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 9 pounds, 5.2 ounces.

A son was born to Russellina Ridgley and Ambrose C'Hair Jr., of Riverton, at 7:02 p.m. May 28, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces.

Deaths

BENDA

Jeanette Matilda Benda, of Hudson, died Sunday, June 10, in Casper. A visitation is at 10 a.m. Monday, June 18, at the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home in Lander. The funeral service follows at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial follows at the Hudson City Cemetery. A full obituary will be published at a later date.

BRIGHT

Former Lander resident Terry Lynn Bright, 71, died suddenly Saturday, June 9, at his home in Thermopolis. A memorial picnic will be Saturday, June 23, at Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis. Memorials in Mr. Bright's name may be made to the Masons or the VFW, c/o Chandra Nettles, 1226 E. Washington, Riverton, WY 82501. Condolences may be made online at www.mortfh.com.

CACHELIN

Marven Eugene Cachelin died Saturday, June 9, in Lander. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Friday, June 15, preceded by visitation at 10 a.m., both in the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home in Lander. Burial follows at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander. A full obituary follows at a later date.

CORRY

Graveside services, with military honors, for George Corry, 90, of Lander, are at 10 a.m. Friday, June 15, at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander. Mr. Corry died Tuesday, Jan. 17.

HUFF

Vivian F. Huff, 94, died Friday, June 8, at her home in Lander. Graveside services and burial will be Thursday, June 14, at Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta, Ga.

ROBERTSON

John J. Robertson, 62, of Riverton, died Sunday, June 10, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. Cremation has taken place and memorial services are at 2 p.m. Friday, June 15, at the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton. Online condolences may be posted at www.theDavisFuneralHome.com.

Emergency calls

The Riverton Police Department reported no arrests from Tuesday to Wednesday morning.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Tuesday to Wednesday morning:

- Martin Dorst, 45, of Dubois, was arrested for contempt of court.

- John Goodman, 18, of Arapahoe, was arrested for youthful offender, no insurance and no valid drivers license.

- Kyle Kummer, 20, of Lander, was arrested for failure to appear.

- County ambulance crews were called out 20 times during this timeframe. Firefighters responded to one call for service.
