Jeffres joins school board vacancy field

Lynette Jeffres is the latest to file for appointment to the Riverton school board.

Deadline for filing for the July1-Dec.1 position on the District 25 Board of Education is 4 p.m. June 21. Jeffres filed her letter of interest Wednesday. L. Greg Ashdown and Randy Tucker also have applied.

Jeffres works in the Central Wyoming College Foundation office, Ashdown is employed by ConocoPhillips, and Tucker is a recently retired Fremont County educator.
