Spend money on street repairs before a community restroom

This is an open letter to Riverton Mayor Ron Warpness and the Riverton City Council:

In reference to the city building a community restroom facility across the street from a bar, the money would be better spent on fixing the streets in Riverton.

Our streets are getting to be in a very poor condition everywhere you go, and something needs to be done about it.
