Jul 11, 2012 - StaffFreida Lois Robison, 76, died July 6, 2012, in Casper.
Visitation was 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, in the Chapel of Mount Hope, Hudson's Funeral Home. The funeral service was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, at Hudson's Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander.
Freida Lois Robison was born July 15, 1935, in Stella, Mo., to Jesse Raymond Hooper and Jewel Larene Easter Hooper. She married Virgil L. Robison in 1953 in Miami, Okla. He preceded her in death in 2011.
Mrs. Robison played bingo and raised, owned and raced horses. Her family said she loved and adored her grandchildren and that she also enjoyed her animals and roses.
She is survived by her sons, Darrel and his wife Rose Robison of Gillette and Gearld and his wife Lori Robison of Riverton; and her sister Stella Ruth and her husband Walter Lee Farmer of Joplin, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil Robison; and daughter Sherry Robison.
