Feb 16, 2012 - StaffEuseba "Peggy" Miller, 103-year-old Lander native, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, at the Skilled Nursing Center in Lewistown, Mont.
Graveside service and burial was Monday, Feb. 13, at the Lewistown City Cemetery.
Euseba "Peggy" Oldham was born Aug. 12, 1908, in Lander to Violet and Charles Oldham. She spent her early life in the Lander area.
She married Tom Kinney and after his death, she married Carl White. They moved to central Montana, and later divorced. In 1954, she met and married Charles Miller in Lewistown, Mont. where they lived and worked for many years. He died in 1985.
Mrs. Miller remained in Lewistown and led an active life until after her 100th birthday when she entered the nursing center.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Oma Lewis, Mary Roe, Jane Smith, Isabel Hallett and Rachel Noon and a brother, Charles Oldham Jr.
Survivors include a stepson, Swend Miller and his wife Chris, their family and numerous nieces and nephews.
