Black, of Thermopolis, and Ronald Black, of Montrose, Colo., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Kathleen Black to Richard David Shugart, son of Tom and Tammy Lucas, of Lander. The future bride is a 2004 graduate of Riverton High School and is employed by Community Entry Services. The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Lander Valley High School and is employed by Inberg-Miller Engineers. The wedding is planned for this summer. |
