Patricia Sitting Eagle Behan, 81, of Thermopolis, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, in Worland at the Washakie Medical Center. A rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Davis Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at St Stephens Catholic Mission.
Emma Marie Overholt, 82, of Riverton, died Saturday, Aug. 4, in Billings, Mont. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Davis Funeral Home. Reverend Sally Bub will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
Joe Reeb, 58, of Jackson, died Thursday, Aug. 2, in Jackson. He was the brother of Mary Ann (Reeb) Foster and Pat Reeb both of Riverton. A celebration of life will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
Robert Wrex Rice, 55, former Fremont County resident, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012, in Greeley, Colo. A memorial service was at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at Greeley Seventh Day Adventist Church at 1002 21st Ave., Greeley, CO 80631.
Beretha Shepherd, of Riverton, died Monday, Aug. 6, at Wind River Health Care. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Trinity Lutheran Church In Riverton.

Exploring Rock Creek is Aug. 11 to Aug. 12. The WWA will be teaming up with the Tom Allen family to explore the most primitive and inspiring parts of Rock Creek recommended wilderness. Tom, who passed away in 2011, was a longtime Wilderness advocate and early explorer of Rock Creek recommended wilderness. On this off-trail, overnight adventure, participants will attempt to find the locations of the amazing Rock Creek photographs taken by Tom Allen in the early 1970s. In Riverton police reports from Wednesday to Thursday morning:
- John Patton, 24, of Riverton, was arrested for probation violation.
- Gerald Sittingeagle, 49, of Riverton, was arrested for public intoxication.
- Max Hart, 53, of Riverton, was arrested for battery (household member) and child abuse.
- Steven Amos, 40, of Riverton, was arrested for a municipal court warrant and public intoxication.
- Marcus Brown, 33, of Riverton was arrested for a municipal court warrant.
In Fremont County Sheriff's reports from Wednesday to Thursday morning:
- Aaron Foster, 29, of Lander, was arrested for a warrant (failure to appear).
- During the same time period, ambulance crews responded to 16 calls for service and firefighters were dispatched 10 times.
- Fremont County Coroner Ed McAuslan said the preliminary autopsy report on the 19-year-old Idaho Falls, Idaho, man who died Tuesday came back inconclusive.
McAuslan said the full report should be complete in four to six weeks.
"There is nothing suspicious or foul play that we've seen so far, but of course, an autopsy report can change that," he said.
Jeramie Thomas was found having medical issues at the Lava Mountain Lodge in Dubois Tuesday morning. He was later transported by ambulance to Lander Regional Hospital where he died.
