A son was born to Aubree and Keith Poston, of Lander, at 11:55 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces.
A son was born to Crystal Dresser and Shaw Whiteman, of Riverton, at 8:15 a.m. Aug. 22, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.
A son was born to Sarah and Elmer Witzel, of Riverton, at 7:23 p.m. March 17, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds.
A son was born to Natasha Rose Ynostrosa, of Fort Washakie, at 5:18 a.m. June 27, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.
Barbara J. Madson, 66, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, at the Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne after a short battle with cancer. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 29 at Faith Lutheran Church in Lander. Her ashes will be interned at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nev.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Wednesday to Thursday morning:
Wendall Antelope, 34, of Riverton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at about11:20 a.m. Wednesday on Snowberry Lane north of Riverton.
Richard Dale Brown, 58, of Riverton, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.
Jude Jenkins, 31, of Riverton, was arrested on two charges of child endangering, two charges of no restraint and for driving under the influence, driving under suspension, no insurance and a warrant for failure to appear.
Benita Smith, 46, of Kinnear, was arrested for driving under the influence and no insurance.
