Sep 21, 2012 The Associated Press

ROCK SPRINGS -- Three students at Western Wyoming Community College survived a crash that occurred when they drove into a deep draw where a railroad bridge had been removed.

Sweetwater County Undersheriff Craig Jackson says the three were driving north of Rock Springs on an old railbed on Wednesday. The Chevrolet Blazer they were in fell nearly straight down about 25 feet when they reached a draw where the bridge had been removed.
