OSTERMAN

A son was born to Ashley and Kyle Osterman, of Lander, at 9:40 p.m. Aug. 16, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces.

PANZETANGA

A son was born to Sheresa Kazee and Dustin Panzetanga, of Fort Washakie, at 5:42 a.m. Sept. 9, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces.

PERSSON

A daughter was born to Catherine and Kenneth Persson Jr., of Lander, at 1:44 p.m. July 14, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces.

PHIFER

A daughter was born to Delphine and Alexander Phifer, of Lander, at 9:27 p.m. Sept. 5, 2012, at Lander Regional Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

PIPER

A son was born to Keshia Strickland and Cory Piper, of Riverton, at 4:58 a.m. July 27, 2012, at Riverton Memorial Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

Deaths

HEREFORD

Jacqueline Hereford, 38, died Monday, Sept. 24, at the Riverton Hospice Center. Traditional Indian services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Rocky Mountain Hall with Arlen and Harrison Shoyo Jr. officiating. An evening service and wake will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27.

LETTICH

Marjorie Jean "Margie" Lettich, 89, died Monday, Sept. 24, at Wind River Health Care Center in Riverton. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, and no services are scheduled.

MILLER

Violet F. Miller, 87, died Thursday, Sept. 20. A funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Dubois.

STAMM

Carol Rae Stamm died of natural causes Monday, Sept. 3, in Lovell. Services were Friday, Sept. 7, in Lovell and Lander, and the burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander.

STORM

Jeanette Ann Storm, 96, died Monday, Sept. 24, at the Wind River Health Care Center in Riverton. There will be private family services.

SMITH

Frank Allen Smith, 83, of Newport, Wash., died Thursday, Sept. 20, in Spokane, Wash. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at English Funeral Chapel with funeral services at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1670 N. McGuire Road, Post Falls, Idaho, with burial to follow.

Emergency calls

In Riverton Police Department reports Tuesday to Wednesday morning:

- Aloysius C'Hair, 41, of Riverton, was arrested on municipal warrants at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of North Federal Boulevard.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Tuesday to Wednesday morning:

- James Casteel, 58, of Cheyenne, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation.

- Christopher Farmer, 26, of Thermopolis, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
