Sep 28, 2012 - StaffRonald Miller, 57, of Cheyenne, died Dec. 23, 2011, in Wheatland.
Graveside memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton. Pastor Dale Adams will officiate.
Ronald G. Miller was born July 21, 1954, in Lusk to Donald M. and Elnora E. (Schoenholtz) Miller.
He went to school in Shoshoni and Riverton. He was a Ranger paperboy growing up, and then worked as a carryout at Safeway. He attended the First Baptist Church Bible School.
Ronald lived in Nevada, Arizona and Nebraska and hoped to move back to sunny Arizona, but his health prevented the move. He ran heavy equipment in the gold mines in Nevada until his health prevented him from working any longer.
His family said he enjoyed country dancing, bowling, camping, fishing and writing.
He is survived by his sons, Beau of Seattle and Jason of Cheyenne; his mother, Elnora of Riverton; brother Jim of Cheyenne; half sister Connie Evans of Vernal, Utah; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don M. Miller, grandparents, numerous relatives and his beloved dog, Sheba.
