Oct 25, 2012 - By Bruce Tippets, Sports Editor

Head coach Curtis Condie remains on leave from the Central Wyoming College men's basketball team.

Condie was placed on leave Wednesday, Oct. 10. The leave originally was announced as one week, but it has been extended to more than two weeks.

CWC's executive vice president for student and academic services Jason Wood said a resolution of Condie's situation will be made "when the process is complete."

The Rustlers have played in a couple of preseason scrimmages in Salt Lake City and Casper College. The Rustlers started practice Oct. 1. CWC assistant coach Shelby Lindley is running the practices.

CWC opens the season Thursday, Nov. 1, hosting Impact Academy at Rustler Gym.
