I believe that David Miller has demonstrated his skills as a legislator and as a scientist in representing the interests of his district. As a professional geologist, Miller understands the complex issues that confront the Legislature; the nomenclature of his expertise: the "parts per billion" and the impact of chemistry, mineralogy and the mining sciences. Rep. Miller has the respect of his peers in the Capitol for his practical and non-pedantic demeanor. His opponent is a well-liked and capable individual, but in the area of skilled crafting of our state's important legislation, David Miller is the clearest choice for an effective voice in Cheyenne. |
