Seamstresses enter woolen garments in annual competition

Adults through pre-teens had their hand sewn wool garments judged Saturday during the District 4 Make It With Wool competition at the

Reach Foundation in Riverton.

Above, 16-year-old Morgan Alley modeled her red satin lined gray cape in front of judges Joyce Pattison of Pavillion and Hazel Jordan of Riverton. Right, Torie McKiernan checked her first-place purple pea coat in the mirror. Alley received first-place alternate honors. Local winners will compete in December for the Wyoming contest in Casper.
