CHEYENNE -- A proposed bill would expand the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees to include two out-of-state members.

Current state law says the 12 members of the board must come from seven specific geographic districts in Wyoming. The governor appoints people to the board for six-year terms with the consent of the state Senate.
