Applications due Jan. 31 for spring turkey licenses

The deadline for hunters applying for a spring turkey license for one of the limited-quota turkey areas is Jan. 31 for both online and paper applications.

For 2013, hunt areas 6, 8, 10, and 13 are limited-quota areas for the spring hunt. For general license areas, hunters may send in applications during January. Beginning March 1, hunters may purchase leftover limited-quota licenses and general licenses from the Game and Fish website, wgfd.wyo.gov, or from any automated license agent.

Turkey licenses are $16 for residents and $72 for nonresidents.
