Glenn L. Perry Sr., 82, of Fort Washakie, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, in Fort Washakie.

Funeral services were Monday, March 5, at the the Rocky Mountain Hall in Fort Washakie. Burial followed at Sacajawea Cemetery, Fort Washakie.

Glenn Leroy Perry was born July 4, 1929, to Lynn Perry Sr. and Louise Myrtle (Ottogary) Perry in Tremonton, Utah.

He was a sundancer and an enrolled member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.

He married Cecilia Browning. She preceded him in death.

Mr. Perry is survived by brothers, Kenneth Pevo of Fort Hall, Idaho, and Clyde Perry of Fort Washakie; cousins Sally Alvarez and Joann Tillman of Fort Washakie; daughters Glenda Rodriguez and Velda R. Perry of Fort Hall, Idaho.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lynn Perry Sr.; mother Louise Ingatuah; sons Glenn Perry Jr. and Kurt L. Perry; brothers Daniel Perry and Odell Perry; sister Lorene Perry Bishop; half-brothers Leonard Perry Sr. and Wesley Perry.

Arrangements were by Hudson's Funeral Home (www.HudsonsFuneralHome.com) of Lander.
