Former Shoshoni resident John William Henrie Sr., 67, of Arizona, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at home in Colorado, in the care of his family. A celebration of his life will be at a later date. Montileaux, master ledger artist. Montileaux will share his professional artist experience, provide art display and presentation ideas, and execute a demo of his art. Montileaux is a world-renowned Oglala Sioux artist, most famous for his drawings and paintings on historical ledger paper. He has received numerous awards for his artwork and has been featured in galleries across the United States. Donald frequently gives back his richness of history and art to students through workshops and trainings. Cost is $30. Past and current NEAT students are free. Chamber Ambassador's EXTRAVAGANZA! is 5:30 p.m. to midnight at the Lander Community Center, 950 Buena Vista Drive, Lander. - Kenneth Crawford, 20, of Riverton, was arrested for a toxic substance (Air Duster).
- Cathy Walks, 49, of Billings, Mont., was arrested for public intoxication.
- Sheldon Nomee, 37, of Crow Agency, Mont., was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
- Wolbert Muggleberg, 21, of Riverton, was arrested on Fremont County warrants.
In Fremont County Sheriff's reports from Thursday to Friday morning:
- Shannon Lanham, 33, of Lander, was arrested for drug court.
- Laziur Hanway Jr., 19, of Ethete, was arrested on two counts of first-degree murder.
- Vinh Le, 27, of Riverton, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
- During the same time period, ambulance crews responded to 11 calls for help and firefighters were dispatched seven times.
