David Hursh

David Hursh, 29, of Riverton, died Monday, April 22, 2013, at his home.

Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held later.

David Oliver Hursh was born April 30, 1983, in Caldwell, Idaho, to David Edgar and Lila Lee (Frog) Hursh. He grew up in Caldwell and graduated school there.

His family said he was an Eastern Shoshone descendant of Chief Washakie.

He worked as an auto mechanic.

His family said he enjoyed riding motorcycles, drawing, artwork, shooting pool, fishing and duck hunting. The family noted that he was very good with kids and loved his mother very, very much.

He is survived by his mother, Lila Hursh of Riverton; daughter Sterling; son Isaac; brother Richard Hursh; and sister Heidi Lee Hobson.

He was proceeded in death by his father, David Hursh, and his grandfather, Lonnie Hursh.
