May 15, 2013 - StaffGeraldine Gertrude "Gerry" Cliame died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. She was 80 years old.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 16, at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Geraldine Gertrude Cliame was born May 8, 1933.
She took care of her sisters until she graduated. After school she attended college for a brief time before taking on the role of housewife after marrying the late Charles Cliame.
After raising her four children with her husband, she took to traveling the land, researching her family's history.
She was active in Riverton, engaging in everything from Girl Scouts to Little League, and later TOPS, and volunteering alongside her husband at the library. Her family said she took an active role in raising and being part of her many grandchildren's lives, while pursuing bingo and crafts.
She is survived by her children, Charlie the First, Kathleen and Nathan and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
