The Memorial Day Weekend Gun Show, sponsored by the Wyoming Weapons Collectors, will be Saturday and Sunday at the Fremont County Fairgrounds, 1010 Fairgrounds Drive, Riverton.

The show will run 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

There is a $5 cover charge, which buys one raffle ticket to win a Mossberg .270 rifle. The drawing will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Attendees must be present to win. Children 12 and under are admitted free with an adult.

As a gesture of appreciation to servicemen, military personnel and police officers in uniform will be admitted free of charge.

Organizers said the show has a lot to offer, including firearms, coins, antique jewelry and custom knives. All vendor spaces have been booked.

Fried tacos and frybread will be sold by Hi Country Catering Business. Bill Trollinger will sell dessert.

There will be a gun check table at each entrance to ensure that every gun entering the premise is secure.
