Jun 3, 2013 - From staff reportsDeputies were called to the Shoshoni trailer park twice.
Roy Snyder, 47, of Shoshoni, was arrested for criminal entry May 26 after first being issued a citation for assaultinghis neighbor.
The incident began just before 7 p.m. May 26 when Snyder reportedly struck a 49-year-old woman at his house. According to initial reports, the woman's husband called police to say his wife was "having a beer with the guy that lives next door and just returned home with her face all bloody."
Deputies arrived at the Copper Mountain Trailer Park in Shoshoni and discovered that Snyder had struck the woman with his fists. Snyder was issued a citation for assault, and the woman reportedly was treated by emergency medical personnel.
Deputies said they left the scene but were called back to the trailer park a short time later, when Snyder reportedly entered the couples' home.
"(He) had walked to the victim's home and went inside the residence," Undersheriff Ryan Lee said in a press release. "He is alleged to have verbally threatened the victim and her husband."
Snyder was arrested for criminal entry at that time and taken to jail.
