Jun 3, 2013 - StaffZane Lobdell of Riverton died Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at his home. He was 70 years old.
Per his request, cremation has taken place.
The family will have private services at a later date.
Zane Arlice Lobdell was born Sept. 19, 1942, in Lexington, Neb., the son of Clayton E. and Velma A. (Bryant) Lobdell.
He worked as a heavy machine operator, a welder, and in all stages of construction.
On May 19, 2002, he married Ronda Howell in Riverton.
His family said he loved to take long motorcycle rides and traveled all over the United States.
He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and building and inventing things.
He is survived by his wife, Ronda; mother Velma Lobdell; sons Dale Lobdell and his wife Dusty, Marty Holdren and his wife Nicci, Joseph Holdren and his wife Kassie and Travis Frank and his wife Jessica; daughters Elaine Frank, Tammy Jezewski, Bonnie Lobdell, Madalon Frank and Annwannette Maloney and her husband Shane; sister Valene Miller and her husband Larry; brother Dyle Lobdell and his wife Anita; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Lobdell.
