Wild Bill's Chuck Wagon sets up downtown

Jun 20, 2013 - By Alejandra Silva, Staff Writer

Wild Bill's Chuck Wagon has parked itself outside the Odd Fellows Hall in Riverton to serve up a variety of dishes to the hungry patron.

The mobile kitchen is owned and operated by Bill Trollinger and is open Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. until the last customer stops by to grab a bite.

"We've got the best breakfast burrito in town," Trollinger said.

The seasonal kitchen on the corner of Main Street and North Second Street West still has the old "Bozo Bill's" name on it, but it will be changed soon, he said.

Trollinger has served food at the downtown farmers market in Riverton and at the Fremont County fairs and rodeos.

A different lunch special is available every day, and the smoker helps with a variety of smoked chicken, pork and beef dishes. The homemade chorizo, hamburgers, hot dogs and special Dutch oven desserts also will be on the menu.
