Jun 21, 2013 - StaffJessica Lynn Crouch and Douglas John Haggerty were married Sunday, May 5, at Grasso Gardens, a private residence in Vancouver, Wash. The Rev. Scott Paulson officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the only daughter of Jeff and Sharon Crouch of Vancouver, Wash. She is employed by Schroeder Ranch in Gainesville, Texas.
The groom is the only son of John and Lori Haggerty of Dubois. He is employed by Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad in Fort Worth, Texas.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father, and she wore a custom-made white mermaid gown and her mother's cathedral veil.
The maid of honor was Jill Miller of Pavillion, and the bride's childhood friend Danielle Long of Beaverton, Ore., served as the bridesmaid.
John Miller of Pavillion served as the best man, and the groom's brother-in-law Ryan Gilbertson of Riverton served as groomsman.
Ceremony music was provided by Duo Con Brio, a cellist and violinist from Portland, Ore. The couple chose a formal black and white theme for their wedding, and guests were transported to and from the ceremony via limousine. White tulle with black satin bows decorated the garden, which was accented with white roses, lilies, lilacs and hydrangeas. Following their vows, the couple released a pair of doves.
The couple honeymooned at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and will be moving to Gainesville, Texas.
