Fremont County under a tornado watch

The National Weather Services has issued a tornado watch for Fremont County that is in effect until 6 p.m. Saturday.

Fremont County is one of 15 Wyoming counties under the alert.

A tornado watch means that "atmospheric conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes," according to the NWS.
