Jul 8, 2013 - StaffHarold "Woody" Woodward, of Lander, died Monday, July 1, 2013. He was 79 years old.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 15, at the Church of the Nazarene in Lander.
Harold Woodward was born April 30, 1934, in Indianapolis, the son of Harold and Marion (Miller) Woodward.
His family said he loved hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with his buddies. He also enjoyed his Monday morning breakfasts and Sunday morning coffee with friends.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Libby; sister-in-law Lois Hale of Lander; children Robin, Charlie and Lisa, all of Indiana; sisters Sue Mueller of Billings, Mont., Betty Trees of Indiana and Janet of Florida; his extended family of Ace Hardware; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Woodward, his parents, and his grandparents who raised him in Indiana.
