Jul 18, 2013 - The Associated PressThe U.S. Forest Service has determined that lightning did cause a 211-acre wildfire that burned in a remote area southeast of Casper.
The fire was reported on July 11 and was contained on Monday. It burned pine, grass and sagebrush about 25 miles from Casper.
Firefighters are now conducting mop-up operations.
