Hubert Alley, 22, of Riverton, died Thursday, March 22, at his home. Arrangements are pending through the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
Donald K. Cox, 81, of Riverton, died Monday, March 19. A celebration of life service is at 2 p.m. Monday, March 26, at the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton with Echo Klaproth officiating. Memorials may be made to the Help for Health Hospice, Meals on Wheels or the Riverton Senior Center.
Dorothy "Sue" Nigh, 73, died Friday, March 16, at her home in Dubois. A memorial service gathering of friends will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at the Green River Lake in Pinedale. Former Riverton resident Karolyn (Eells) Rowell, 57, died Friday, March 9, in Elko, Nev. Services and inurnment will be at a later date in Riverton. Condolences may be sent to the Rowell Family, 249 Walnut St., Elko, NV 89801.
Fred R. Worcester, 87, died Tuesday, March 20, at his home in Riverton. Memorial services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Reach Foundation, 622 N. Eighth West, Riverton. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

In Riverton police reports from Thursday to Friday morning:
- Theresa Zapata, 32, of Riverton, was arrested on a municipal court warrant.
- Steven Oldman, 21, of Riverton, was arrested for public intoxication.
- The Riverton Police Department is investigating vandalism reported to law enforcement Thursday morning that occurred the previous night.
RPD Capt. C.T. Smith said a trashcan, shed and propane truck were vandalized with red spray paint, and it's believed the incidents are connected.
"We are assuming the same individual or individuals did it," Smith said. "It consisted of red paint in a short geographical area."
According to the dispatch log, the vandalism occurred in the 1500 block of Energy Lane and in the 900 block of Porter Avenue in Riverton. The incidents were reported around 11 a.m. on Thursday.
"Anyone with information is asked to call the police," Smith said.

In Fremont County Sheriff's reports from Thursday to Friday morning:
- Benjamin Croley, 32, of Casper, was arrested for contempt of court.
- Devin Oldman, 18, of Casper, was arrested for probation revocation.
- Leroy Sierra, 37, of Casper, was arrested for a sex offender violation.
- Patricia Strickland, 24, of Laramie, was arrested for probation revocation.
- During the same time period, ambulance crews responded to eight calls and firefighters were dispatched twice.
- Dispatch received a call at 9:16 a.m. concerning a weapon offense near Kinnear on Highway 26. According to police reports, the woman said shots were coming from and old school building, and she was worried about bullets ricocheting and hitting her livestock. She told police the shootings happen often.
It was later determined the Wind River Police Department was conducting a shooting training.
