Sep 3, 2013 - StaffKenneth Jack Carey died Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, in Lander. He was 73 years old.
Services were at noon Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Hudson's Funeral Home Chapel of Mount Hope, 680 Mount Hope Drive, Lander.
Kenneth Jack Carey was born Oct. 10, 1939, in Shelley, Idaho.
Mr. Carey had lived in Lander for 68 years, and he was owner of Ken's Upholstery for 42 years.
His family said he loved hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jeanette Carey, of Lander; daughters Charlene Rodgers and her husband Richard of Gillette, Cheryl Carey and her husband Brian Swan of Casper; brothers Gene Carey, Ron Wilson and Don Wilson; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Shane Carey, and his grandson, Zachary Clements.
