New license rule good if speed limits are enforced

Sep 10, 2013 - Raellen Cloverfeld, Riverton

This new city rule which says you have to have a driver's license is pretty strange. You had to have a driver's license before anyway, but now the city gets to collect the fines because it has the rule on the books? I wonder how that will go over with the county government.

Something good that could come out of it if more speeders are pulled over in town.

Speed limits mean almost nothing in Riverton. If it is supposed to be on the "honor system," it doesn't work very well.

I say, "Make more money, City of Riverton. Enforce speed limits."
