I got a real kick reading about the escaped inmate in Casper who has now been on the loose for two weeks compared to the escape want to be at the honor farm in Riverton.
The guy at the honor farm jumped over the fence, but then when he saw someone across the road watching him, he jumped back over again and hurried "home."
I do not mean to make light of the Casper escapee and that situation, but I got some real satisfaction from reading about the honor farm prisoner and his change of heart once he saw that he was being observed.
I think most of us would behave a lot better in all parts of our lives if we all kept in mind that someone probably is watching.
